Ended up going back and he didn't charge me for the visit anyway. Was feeling somewhat better and considered going the marathon, but reality got the better of me. In the 2 weeks since this visit, I've had some better days and worse days, but never good enough to attempt running. Daily activities don't really hurt, but I know it's there. Need that to go away completely.

I also picked up the race bag and shirt. The shirt was a total joke: sizes were way, way off. My medium looked like an XXL. So my $85 was a total waste.

Had another migraine today. Came into work and around 9:30 or 10:00 noticed my vision was fuzzy, mostly just in one spot, but the spot right in the middle. Went outside and ate a granola bar but by the time I came back in the headache was starting. I closed the door and blinds, turned off the lights and layed down on the floor for a while.  Around 11:30 I ate about half an apple and took 3 ibuprofin, then decided just to go home. The drive was a killer. I laid down and about an hour later I took 2 tylenol pm.  About 30 minutes later I threw up. Around this time I was in pretty intense pain, but finally was able to relax enough to sleep. I stayed in my room until about 5:00 drifting in and out of sleep. By then it was finally feeling good enough to get up, but still had a regular headache. Felt about 80% Thursday morning when I woke up.

So this was just like the one last summer.  Not sure where they are coming from, but want to document them in case it becomes a problem.
